For example, column C contains a Team that worked on a patient, first patient Diaz, GGG, with a team of Taylor, Hong & Baby RPH, Mary and the second patient is Hoffman, FFF, with team of Taylor, Hong & Bold RPhT, Jeany. I need the total number of lines (column D) for each Team throughout the spreadsheet and the number of patients the Team worked on (column C). Sometimes there will be 1 pharmacist managing two techs. I have use the IF and IFSUMS function but I cannot get it to work, just too complicated for me. Please let me know what you think and what questions you may have.
