Upgrade to existing Delphi PC software

I currently have Delphi application that has been in release since 2004. It had numerous upgrades and the last one was done in Dec 2012. We are preparing for a new update now. My developer decided to do other projects and I am looking for a new developer to continue his work. The developer must be exceptional in Delphi environment and poses analytical and mathematical skills. I am using the latest version of Delphi. There is one main program and 5 supporting programs. For this upgrade I will provide a step by step instructions on what needs to be accomplished. There are over 400,000 lines of code in the main program. You will need to learn and understand this code intimately. I have worked with my previous developer for over 9 years. I am looking to establish the same relationship here for repeated business. Once I know who is interested I will provide detailed information on the project for bidding. You will also have access to the original programmer if something needs to be clarified ( I need to discuss it with him under what conditions). Original programmer speaks Russian and can communicate in writing in perfect English. Jack
