I am in search of a personal assistant to support me with a vast array of secretarial tasks for my startup.
Your primary duties will include:
- Filing paperwork: This task will involve organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all the necessary documents are in order and easily accessible.
- Editing documents: You will be responsible for reviewing and proofreading documents, ensuring they are accurate, error-free.
- Other general administrative tasks: Additional tasks may include assisting in hiring of personnel for more specific tasks and researching an array of topics.
Ideally, I would prefer someone located outside of the US, in countries like the Netherlands, Australia, Sweden, Brazil or Switzerland.
The project is expected to last more than 3 months, so I am looking for a long-term commitment.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant, especially in a startup environment
- Proficiency in filing paperwork and proofreading
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools for file management and editing
