I need a comprehensive setup of Zoho CRM Finance Books Inventory Integrationsfor 10 users. Key tasks include: - Creating dashboards and reports for performance tracking - Providing user training for effective operation of necessary modules - Ensuring smooth integration with our POS and Talley systems - Conducting user acceptance testing and offering support during the go-live phase - Migrating existing data from old CRM systems to Zoho CRM. - Integrating third-party applications such as email marketing tools and customer service platforms. - Designing and configuring email templates for various customer communications. - Setting up custom fields to match specific business needs. - Creating automation rules for repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency. - Implementing security protocols to protect sensitive data. Set all accounts for 10 users -permissions, roles set up customizations(lead,contact,account,deal/opportunity) workflow & blueprint (leads contact /Account deal) dashboards and reports User Training for operation of required modules Integration with POS and Talley User acceptance testing and go live support. Ideal candidates for this project should have: - Extensive experience with Zoho CRM , Finance , Books & Inventory - Strong understanding of CRM user permissions and role configurations - Excellent training and communication skills - Familiarity with POS and Talley integrations - Proven track record in user acceptance testing and go-live support The project should be completed within 2 months.
