Windows-Based MMORPG Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Windows server-based MMORPG using LiteNetLib networking solution or if you have better network solution in mind. The game should be developed in Unity (client-side), with the server coded in either C++ or C#. A database should be utilized - either MSSQL, based on your preference.( but i prefer MSSQL)
Key Requirements:
- Server must be outside of Unity
- Client developed in Unity
- Networking using LiteNetLib or if you have better solution other than litenetlib as long as its not photonbase server
- Server-side coded in C++ or C#
- Database using MSSQL
The MMORPG should cater to both PvE and PvP players equally, with a focus on providing a balanced gameplay experience for both. It should be design in an open world setup, where server can handle without problem, and everything should be synchronized
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in C++ and/or C#
- Extensive experience with Unity
- Knowledgeable in MMORPG development
- Familiarity with LiteNetLib or if you better solution other than litenetlib as long as its not photonbase server
- Competent in database management (MSSQL or MYSQL)
- Understanding of PvE and PvP game mechanics
