Integrate Veeqo with Despatch Bay using SOAP APIs -- 2

We are looking for someone to develop an API integration between [login to view URL] (see [login to view URL] for API documentation) and Despatch Bay (see [login to view URL] for API documentation). We are about to launch a new website, inventory contriol & order management system (Veeqo) and accounting system system. Anyway, we currently use Despatch Bay for our Royal Mail shipments and want to continue doing so. Veeqo handles the order fulfillment for all orders. Only some (those under 3kg in weight within the UK) will be passed to Despatch Bay where the tracked shipping is booked & paid for. UK parcels over 3kg and all parcels to countries outside the UK will be shipped by Parcelforce couriers who are already integrated with Veeqo. Veeqo handles the order fulfillment for all orders.
