I'm looking for a developer who can create a network speed test app for both iOS and Android. The main focus of the app is to measure download and upload speeds.

App branding(Name, Logo) need to be consistent to above website.
1, Will only release payment after the apps are visible in android and apple app store.
2, Need to finish in around 1 month of time.
