We have a Windows Server 2016 running on HP Proliant 360. a few days ago crashed after one of the RAID drives failed. After we replaced the drive Windows booted into an "Automatic repair" loop. Using CMD I disabled automatic recovery, fixed drive signatures, and restored DEFAULT, SYSTEM, SOFTWARE, SECURITY, SAM files from RegBack. Since then, it's booting into a black screen with error 0XC0000221 (screenshot attached). I have tried everything including, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, startup repair, safe mode (won't get to safe mode), Lasesoft fixing tools, checked the drives for errors etc. etc. I am looking for someone that can fix this error and get the server to boot normally.
