Contest Brief

I'm looking for a designer who can help me create a mixed-use office space out of shipping containers. The containers will be stacked to create 3 stories. The design should be minimalist, and the ground floor office should include essential amenities such as a kitchenette and restrooms. The restrooms must include a sshower. The upper spaces will be made into smaller private office spaces, including balcony/terrace. The ground floor will be the main entry into the building. Currently I own 4 large windows I would like to use for the building on the large containers, I also have 1 smaller window I also want to make use of but is not a must.

We need to be able to build this container office space in increments. The ground floor container will be used at the main entrance to the building and as half co working space.

Additionally I need a Floorplan for the property itself. I have a base Floorplan, however it needs to be on scale and including the container house design.

Attached I will add inspiration for the container space design. I have also added a rough sketch of the floor plan including measurements. A rough sketch of the windows including measurements, and some photos of the window frames

the property is a total 912m².

400m² will be used for the house(there will be a separate competition for this) which is located at the back of the property, while 400m² will be used for the natural area, gazebo, entrance and parking spaces. The parking spaces must also be included in the container space design.

The 2 sections must be separated by a fence.
