I need detailed architectural drawings for the property located at 2253 East 3300 South in Millcreek, Utah USA. I want to turn it in to a food truck commissary. In addition to the drawings, I need to know how many food trucks I could potentially park at this facility. Many of the food trucks are actually trailers. So, a 23 foot trailer and truck need to be able to maneuver into the parking spaces.

I have included a screenshot from google maps that shows measurements of the perimeter of the property. The two buildings are included the property, but I cannot use the access road that goes between the buildings and the parking. Please be sure to include the fence that goes from the top between the road and the storage area.

The plans should include:
- The layout of the outdoor parking area, with a focus on the parking space configuration.
- The final files must be delivered in photoshop .psd files with all editable layers
Ideal candidates should have strong architectural design skills and experience in creating detailed floor plans.
