Contest Brief

On the top have it say Bakersfield Fire dept. On the left say Engine 13 under that say Engine 313. And the right side say Battalion 2. For helmet instead of 30 have it say 13. And instead of the tool in his left hand have it be a fire axe. For the font of everything have it be old English.
