I am an IT Customer Engineer at TCM (Technology Corporate Management). In this position, I monitor the IT infrastructure to ensure that users are able to access services and applications in a secure manner and support internal users with hardware and software issues. My roles involves maintaining computer systems and networks, providing helpdesk support and managing user access and requests on ticketing systems and using ITSM tools such as Active Service Desk to assist with tasks.
