Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Google Play and App Store Enterprise Account Registration Specialist to handle the registration and maintenance of our enterprise accounts. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our apps are properly listed and managed across these platforms. Key Responsibilities: Google Play Console and Apple Developer Account Setup: Manage the process of setting up, verifying, and maintaining our enterprise accounts on both Google Play Console and the Apple Developer Portal. Submit and update apps, handle app versions, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines. App Submission and Review Process: Oversee app submissions to both Google Play and the App Store, including ensuring all metadata (descriptions, keywords, images) and legal documents are in order. Monitor app review processes and address any issues or rejections promptly. Account Maintenance: Handle billing, payments, and renewals for both Google Play and Apple Developer accounts. Ensure that the correct permissions and roles are assigned to the relevant team members within the accounts. Compliance and Updates: Keep up to date with the latest platform policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure our accounts remain compliant. Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure accurate app updates and metadata. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience with Google Play Console and Apple Developer Portal, particularly managing enterprise-level accounts. Experience with app submission processes and understanding of platform guidelines (Google Play and Apple App Store). Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of mobile app development processes is a plus. Preferred: Familiarity with app analytics and performance tracking. Previous experience with multi-platform app submissions and app management.
