CSV to DXF Conversion & QGIS Visualization

I need assistance converting a CSV file containing geometry data formatted as WKT (Well-Known Text) into a DXF file. The DXF must maintain the curves present in the original geometry data. After the conversion, I also need the project to be visualized in QGIS 3.x.
