Based on the description, I believe python will be more suitable for this task. However, do you want just a script (to execute on command line) or a GUI app (tkinter/pyqt) etc ? Also, let me know what is the size of data ? how many emails in numbers ? Script will take time to execute if data is extremely large.

i have done similar tasks, like confirmation of otp through email, bulk data upload in MySQL database through CSV file. removing duplicate records. i will create a page where you can upload the csv file where there are emails and store the correct emails to database table. if an email is not correct i will create separate csv file and store faulty data there. that csv file will be downloadable. time and budget can increase based on other requirements
