    hello, your requirements will be far fetched with AI. if you would like i can show you some of the work i have done as an architect and we can discuss this further. we would need to however significantly increase the amount invested in this. Also you would need to understand that floor plans can't be AI generated as they will have a ton of inaccuracies. I am a professional architect and AI is usefull for only getting basic ideas and not something realistically possible. I hope you find what you are looking for. Have a great day ahead :)
