I have worked in Customer Service for over 10 years. I am familiar with a variety of different programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar, Avaya phone systems, and Oracle database. My background is not just limited to customer service skills; I also have over 5 years of Supervisory skills. Currently, I work as a Sales Associate for Farm Bureau Financial Service. I have my Kansas certification license for property and causality insurance. Previously, I worked as a Customer Sales Associate with Nex-Tech Communications. Before that, I worked for N.E.W. (National Electronic Warranty) as a Customer Care Supervisor (this was a work at home position).
