The office space at Nehru Place required a minimal and elegant overall finish. The design process aimed to provide minimum partition walls while segregating the spaces at the same time. The use of materials play a major role in visual segregation of spaces. The thermos wood and grey carpet finish was chosen to provide a professional look and make it a warm comfortable zone for the waiting area at the same time. Open cell ceiling was used to provide a sense of more volume for the working areas with an overall ease in lighting and services. Strip Lights and White marble complete the space with consistent highlights helping in dealing with a sense of monotony.

Project Details Area: 7800 sq. ft. Year: 2020-21 Project Description The guest house was proposed to cater the needs of the students and the expo visitors of Greater Noida. The client required a maximum number of occupants at the same time not compromising with the quality of living inside the building. A strictly minimal approach was followed through the project. The use of Bangalore tiles on the façade acts as a traditional yet functional element to the building. It helps in creating a perforated façade and adds a little drama with the lights and shadows.
