Looking for a wordpress specialist to use WPML to implement 3 languages

We have a website with WPML ([login to view URL]) registered and installed for which we need somebody to implement languages (French, Russian, Spanish), based on the content provided. See attached excel file.
We provide full access to wordpress to implement full content (see attached file) and expect the job to be properly done within the next 3-4 days. We estimated at 3-4 hours per language the time to copy/paste all content provided correctly. Total work should not exceed 12 hours. Please do not ask for admin panel access, it is not provided.
