Beta Testing HR technology

I am three months away from officially launching a new HR tech product. The product is designed for corporate companies, and there's a ton of components to it, but the easiest way to think of it is that it's a video interview and candidate evaluation software. This will require a team of people to test. I haven't written full test scripts yet but I'll do that with your guidance. What I'm looking for is a team of experiences beta testers who can work as pretend customers of the software to use it and make sure it all works and makes sense. Below is a very brief overview of what part of it may look like. You are company A with ten users. Person 1 will log on as a new company and invite persons 2-10 to join. Persons 2-10 can technically be the same person but just with different fake profiles. A minimum of two people is required though, as mock video interviews are part of the testing. All users will log in for the first time and populate their data. Each user will create a job profile. Each user will then invite two other people (within the group of 10) to carry out interviews with the candidates. 20 candidates will be registered. From a test perspective these can all be one individual but they will be seperate fake profiles. For each job, two people will go through the online interview for the the twenty candidates. This involves real person 1 video interviewing real person 2 and they can just ask the same question each time, with the "candidate" just saying "this is my answer." The objective is just to get through the interview each time to test it - the questions and answers aren't important. There are some other components to it, but this is basically it. The more volume of testing that can be done, the better.
