I need a SharePoint intranet upgrade for HR department. The platform should facilitate: - Leave request form and approval (support for fixed power automate flow) - form is already finished but the calculation is still wrong from Power Automate flow and need the individual see leave request by requester, related manager for each department and HR only. - Upgrade Leave request form to be better and user friendly. Information about company sharepoint information: 1) for Small company 2) 72 employees, 10 people have company email but 62 people who are operator in production line do not have email. - The Leave request intranet is already existing and has PowerAutomate flow available for employee ID look up (linked from employee list), flexible available annual leave (lookup from employee list), level approval flow is available. Requirement : - Enhance current leave request system and user friendly leave request system for 72 employees (10 officers who have email and 62 operator in production line who do not have their own email). - Correction and review exist PowerAutomate flow of leave balance - Need only requester can see their request only and additional with his/her related supervisor, manager and HR. - Require for able to request leave in users' mobile phone solution with leave approval feedback. Additionally, I require the intranet to be integrated with several tools. These include: - Microsoft Teams - Outlook Calendar - Power Automate - Available in mobile phone (able to request leave form in employee's mobile) The ideal freelancer for this job should have significant experience with SharePoint and its various features. They should also be proficient in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft and project management tools. Excellent understanding of creating platforms for efficient internal communication is a plus. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.
