Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients across industries that benefit from AI-powered customer service solutions. - Qualify Leads: Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and identify the pain points that our AI chatbot can address. - Deliver Demos & Presentations: Conduct compelling sales demos, showcasing the features, benefits, and ROI of our chatbot solution tailored to each client’s needs. - Handle Objections: Address and overcome common client concerns, demonstrating deep product knowledge and understanding of AI-driven automation. - Close Sales: Convert qualified leads into clients by guiding them through the sales process and securing agreements on setup fees and monthly retainers. - Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recognize opportunities to offer additional features or premium services to clients based on their initial experience with the chatbot. - Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of leads, outreach, and client interactions within our CRM system to track progress and follow up effectively. Requirements: - Financially motivated - Proven sales experience, preferably in tech or SaaS, with a strong track record in a commission-based role. - Understanding of AI, chatbot technology, or digital marketing is preferred but not required; ability to learn quickly is essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively. - Results-oriented with a strong motivation to earn based on performance. - Self-starter with the discipline to manage your schedule, set goals, and meet sales targets in a remote work environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
