In older versions of Odoo you were able to track helpdesk tickets as issues in the project module. This functionality was removed and the Odoo Community Association have created a new module: [login to view URL] There is a module which provides a helpdesk with some time tracking against helpdesk tickets but it is buggy: [login to view URL] What we are after is time tracking against helpdesk tickets and to be able to report on the tickets and the time spent on each filterable by customer (at the moment the OCA helpdesk will only report on a count of the tickets in a month)
