Optimize PHP & Javascript Paypal Script and optimize API results

I'm in need of a professional developer who can fix my PHP and Javascript Paypal payment script and the API that feeds results here. The current form settings need to be improved and the alternate payment methods of pay by credit card and Venmo are not functioning properly. I would appreciate your expertise in enhancing the form and improving the script.
Key requirements:
- This is a screen share project, Developer should be able to communicate clearly in English.
- Fix issues with the current Paypal payment script, I want Venmo and pay pay credit card to function, and the validation should be improved.
- We also get API results that currently works, but we make multiple calls that slow down the page. This API call should run at the beginning and values applied later.
Your role will be to correct the payment script and also to improve the API that gets the results. You should have experience working with PHP and Javascript in relation to Paypal payment scripts and be skilled with APIs. Please provide examples of similar projects you have successfully completed in the past.
