I need a plugin for OBS Studio.

I'm looking for someone to design a plugin for OBS Studio, a free and open source video recording software. Specifically, I need a plugin that runs on Windows, and is focused on video recording. I'm committed to finding a skilled developer who can create the perfect solution for my needs. I'm seeking a custom plugin for the OBS Studio software that would allow me to have more precise control over the content displayed in the "Screen Capture" option within my scenes. For instance, while giving a presentation in PowerPoint, I'd like to read a script in Notepad at the same time. However, I don't want this Notepad content to be visible in the final video. If there were a plugin that enabled me to select which applications should not appear in the video, I would have the flexibility to include the Notepad in this setup. I'm aware that there are many ways to solve my problem, such as using a secondary monitor, a tablet, or even a smartphone to assist me. Nonetheless, I truly wish that this plugin existed. Just as shown in the attached image, there's already an option within the program that allows hiding the OBS window during screen capture. Thus, I believe it would be a relatively simple adaptation to extend this functionality to include the ability to choose other specific applications to conceal during capture.
