Need php/javascript/ajax script for coping files from one location to selected location.

Please see the attached layout image for idea how it should look (sorry it sucks) It just giving layout how would like it to look as where everything goes. How it should work: 1. See filterable files and directories on the left. Can select files or click on a directory to enter it. 2. after you select the files you would like (the total space required should be shown in top right next to the available space) you select from the drop down on the right the destination you want to copy the files to. 3. click on copy and it will copy the selected files to the directory. (Files on destination should be checked first so if they exists a popup is given to let the user to overwrite or skip the file) 4. Some kinda of status should be shown on the bottom when files are coping as to let user know when its coping / done etc.. The script must work on a linux server running apache. IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. If have any questions or are not entirely clear on the requirements please ask before taken the project. 2. If you have any suggest or comments share them before taken the project. 3. If you CAN NOT work in the project budget please move on. Thanks
