Wordpress Plugin needed. This plugin will be for scheduling and reserving limousines. The plugin will need both front and back facing pages. The plugin will use Square API for billing. Backend Admin can create vehicles. Each vehicle will have the following settings. 1. Name 2. Price per hour 3. Ability to add variable pricing per mile. example 20-50 miles $100, 50-100 miles $200 The customer will have to select their distance from our offices. 4. Vehicle Capacity: The maximum number of passengers the vehicle can accommodate. 5. Vehicle Features: A list of amenities available in the vehicle, such as Wi-Fi, TV, mini-bar. 6. Vehicle Type: Specify the type of vehicle, such as sedan, stretch limousine, or SUV. 7. Reservation Fee. 8. Gratuity: A price which can be entered as flat fee or % of total. 9. Reserved Time Between Reservations: time in minutes. This is used to hold time between reservations to clean and maintain the vehicles. 10. Pictures of vehicle. 11. Notes: - An area where the admin can put notes about the reservation. Admin should be able to block out days / hours they do not want reservations. Admin should be able to make reservations for the customer on the backend including entering payment details (optional in form) Admin should be able to complete the reservation and charge the customer using the Card on File in Square api. Admin should be able to search reservations by email, first name, last name, and date. Admin should be able to add a discount to a reservation in both flat fee or % off total When adding a reservation an email address is required and the customer name and email will be used to connect with square for payment and notification of reservation details. If the customer wishes to cancel the admin must have a cancel button. When canceling a reservation the admin must have the option to refund all or part of the reservation fee. Front End User will go to a quote / reservation page. They will select one of the vehicles which will then display a calendar. When they click on a day on the calendar it will display the times available. They can then reserve the vehicle and using the square api pay the reservation fee as delared in admin. We also need to use Card on File api to save the customers payment details to bill the remainder of the fee after service is rendered. All Displayed reservations will include the "Reserved Time Between Reservations" The front-end should match the basic theme of the WordPress site. The plugin should send reminder emails to customers prior to their reservation dates.
