WordPress Theme Update Task

We would like to outsource a task with one of our WordPress Theme Development Projects.
We like to replace a Redux library used to create theme settings See [login to view URL] The work plan would be as follows:
1. Recreate Theme Settings Page from scratch (do not use any major framework, you may use only a small library such as e.g. [login to view URL]) for creating input forms, dropdown menus, date pickers, tabs. We need a good locking and skillfully handcrafted settings page which replaces Redux.
2. Make sure settings are properly stored in the wp_options table.
3. Completely remove the Redux library from the file folder structure.
4. Work through a list of up to 50 Page URLs to check what breaks and replace by custom code. Fix what will break but stick with the existing layouts & designs.
We expect that the developer works very well organized and systematically here.
This project is only suitable for a true WordPress expert, somebody who can solve problems diligently and wants to submit an excellent work product. Code quality needs to meet WordPress and Themeforest Submission Standards.
Code needs to be managed in Github branch.
This project needs to be completed within 20-25 days.
We are looking to hire an independent freelancer for this, no agencies or somebody affiliated with any team.
