Convert the sqrtPriceX96 values to actual token prices. 3. Identify price differences between DEXs to spot potential arbitrage opportunities. 4. Account for transaction fees (gas and conversion) when calculating potential profits. 5. Continuously monitor and automatically execute arbitrage strategies if profitable opportunities arise. Responsibilities: • Monitor Prices: Fetch the sqrtPriceX96 value from different DEXs (e.g., Uniswap v3, Sushiswap, etc.) using APIs or third-party nodes. • Price Conversion: Convert the sqrtPriceX96 values into actual token prices. • Arbitrage Detection: Compare token prices across multiple DEXs and calculate potential profit margins. • Automated Execution: Set up automation to continuously monitor price discrepancies and execute arbitrage trades if profitable. • Account for Fees: Integrate transaction and conversion fee calculations to ensure that profits are accurately estimated.
