Web App with API, User Auth, Azure

I'm looking for a developer to create a web application that is hosted on Azure. The app should include:
- User Authentication: This will be an email and password based system. I need a secure and efficient implementation of this.
- Database Integration: The app will use an SQL database. You'll need to design the database schema and ensure effective integration with the app.
- API Functionality: The API should facilitate data retrieval and data submission. (CRUD)
- API will also be a web interface for software running on the server. So when a button is clicked on the web, it will trigger the software. Output from this software will be saved to the db. This will be crucial for the interactivity of the app.
- User Roles: Implement different user roles and permissions to manage feature access based on the user's role.
OWNER<i>random</i> has all the privileges of an administrator, as well as the ability to delete the account. The owner is also considered the primary contact for any changes to the account.
ADMINISTRATOR can make any changes to the targets, scans, risks along with see the list of workspaces and billing settings. They cannot delete this account.
READONLY can view all targets, scans, risks and generate reports. Can also view all account settings except API keys and billing details.
There will also be support for different organisations.
- Password Recovery: Include a process for users to recover or reset their forgotten passwords securely.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in web app development.
- Familiarity with Azure hosting.
- Proficiency in SQL database management.
- Ability to implement secure user authentication systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs.
The front-end development should be done using React. I already have a mockup ready for this.
