Minecraft Custom Survival Server

I am looking for someone who can create a custom Minecraft survival server for me. Here are my ideas: - A group system where the initial group is predefined but can be changed by me at any time. - Players start in a spawn world where they can read and accept the rules through a fun animation before being allowed to enter the game. - Players can explore the area, buy and sell items, with NPCs distributed throughout the game world. - An in-game menu that allows users to teleport to different positions. This menu should also allow players to visit other players, enter their protected homes, and interact with them. - Different worlds: spawn world, farm world, and build world. The farm world is regularly reset, while the build world also has a protected spawn. - The spawn world and build world should be protected so that nothing can be mined. - A VIP system where players can purchase different ranks. - Jobs to earn money, starting with a pre-configured starting salary and initial equipment. - A cash shop where players can sell items even when they are offline. With the earned money, they can then buy items in the Coin Shop that they do not have to farm. - The Coin Shop should also offer rare or special items. - Primarily a survival server with various portals leading to different worlds. - In the build world, players have the ability to fly and can mark and secure plots of land.
