Build a iOS app for completed GUI - HD Wireframe

"Song Book" is one of a handful of iOS applications I have fully designed in Adobe Illustrator that need construction. This wireframe is totally complete and only requires construction in iOS. Song Book is a effort tracking system for Vocalists/Musicians. It allows users to log their practice or performing efforts toward the growth of their talent - as well as see statistics covering a range of fields. I am looking to build a long term business relationship with a skilled team. Although I om only looking for Back-End work on this prototype application I will want animation and much higher fidelity GUI's in the future. Success brings more work. For this Job I simply want my GUI to function AS IS. No additional features of design work are necessary as this app is only for demonstration purposes, and for my personal use. If you can make exactly what Ive drawn function - I'm happy. If you can build this multi-platform you have a better chance of being selected. Attached is a .png of the wireframe.
