Description:
We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to help us effectively use our Google Grant in tandem with LinkedIn to target a highly specific audience: "Client Research Associates" at consulting firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing, with a focus on audience targeting, retargeting, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Develop Targeted Google Ad Campaigns:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns aimed at reaching Client Research Associates in consulting firms, using industry-relevant keywords, company names, and job titles.
Optimize ad copy to drive engagement and encourage visits to our LinkedIn page.
Set Up LinkedIn Insight Tag & Retargeting Ads:
Install LinkedIn Insight Tag on our landing pages to track Google Ads traffic and create retargeting audiences on LinkedIn.
Design and launch LinkedIn retargeting ads to re-engage Google Ads visitors with LinkedIn-specific content.
Optimize Landing Pages:
Design or advise on landing pages tailored to the interests of Client Research Associates, with a clear call to action to connect with us on LinkedIn.
Ensure a seamless and engaging user journey from Google Ads to LinkedIn.
Track and Analyze Campaigns:
Use Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics to track conversions and performance across platforms.
Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize engagement and reach within the targeted job role and industry.
Coordinate Messaging Across Platforms:
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Tailor content to appeal directly to Client Research Associates, focusing on relevant industry insights and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Google Ads, particularly using Google Grants for nonprofits.
Proficiency with LinkedIn advertising, including setting up and managing Insight Tags and creating custom audiences.
Familiarity with retargeting strategies across Google and LinkedIn.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.
Ability to create compelling ad copy and design engaging landing pages that drive conversions.
Additional Information:
This project aims to build a strategic bridge between Google Grants and LinkedIn, so previous experience integrating cross-platform marketing strategies is a plus.
