AI-Driven Car Loan Application Platform

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to develop an AI-powered car loan application platform. The platform will guide customers through the loan application process, request and analyze documents, and provide lender recommendations based on customer profiles. The system will integrate with Zoho CRM for data management and workflow automation. Responsibilities: Develop User Interface and Experience: Design and develop a user-friendly, mobile-responsive website similar to [login to view URL] Collaborate with our design team to create visuals and UI design. Implement Dynamic Chatbot: Develop an AI-driven chatbot to guide customers through the application process, adjusting questions based on responses. Ensure the chatbot can dynamically request and process documents such as bank statements. Documentation Management: Implement an automated follow-up sales funnel to ensure customers submit all required documents (ID, payslips, bank statements) with automated SMS and email reminders. Enable the team to manage and request additional documents through Zoho CRM. AI-Powered Lender Matching: Develop an AI engine to analyze customer profiles, perform credit checks, and recommend suitable lenders along with specific documentation requirements. Use OCR technology to extract and analyze key fields from bank statements. Integration with Zoho CRM: Save application data and chat transcripts to Zoho CRM at each step. Integrate lender recommendations into Zoho CRM to guide the team in submitting applications to the correct lenders and ensure they know what each lender will require. Show stage updates and deal history in Zoho CRM to provide a clear view of the pipeline. Ensure Zoho CRM serves as the central dashboard for the team to manage and view all deals. Profile Reassessment: Develop functionality for dynamic reassessment if data in Zoho CRM changes (e.g., customer’s work or income changes) or new documents are received. Support and Maintenance: Provide 30 days of post-deployment support to address any issues and ensure the system runs smoothly. Requirements: Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar) and frameworks (Express, Django, or Flask). Experience with AI and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn) and natural language processing (NLP) tools. Experience with OCR technology and document processing. Strong experience with CRM integration, preferably Zoho CRM. Familiarity with API integration and third-party services such as Twilio for SMS. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
