Your team has decided to submit a proposal; a plan for the safe integration of cyclists and pedestrians within the park, with solid cost estimates, including the timeline for completion. This proposal should be considered a first scoping report that lays out the approach with sufficient detailed plans and costs. You should prove that your team has (1) the project management capabilities and (2) ample technical knowledge to conduct engineering economic analyses. To be competitive in this RFP, your proposal must provide a description of the various elements of this design project, including a breakdown of the components of the activities of this project, the duration and dependencies of this project, and the costing. Also, your proposal should address other factors that need to be considered, including environmental, ethical, and social factors.
