Recruit Students for STEM Programme

I'm seeking a professional who can help me recruit 5-6 students for my successful STEM talent development programme. My programme has a history of guiding students into top global universities. - Student's Profile: The ideal candidates are students aged between 13-18 years. They should be capable and willing to invest approximately 2,000 GBP per month for comprehensive, personalised support from myself and my team. -- I'm recruiting students worldwide, but I know that the most expensive schools in the world are concentrated in Switzerland, so that might be a good area to start. International students from highly priced international boarding schools as well. -- I will want students who are educated in English as that is the language in which I teach - Commitment: I am looking for students who are willing to stay with the programme from their current schooling year until they gain admission to their dream university. - Marketing Efforts: So far, I have relied on word of mouth and paid advertising in parent-teacher associations. However, I am struggling with a lack of awareness about my programme. Whenever I get a client, I often get asked for a lower price. Therefore, I am trying to aim at families that are in an income bracket where they are more than comfortable to commit to 2kGBP a month of one-of-a-kind tuition. - Competition: While I acknowledge there is a high competition in this sector, my programme's proven track record of getting students offers at Cambridge sets it apart. I also provide services that most other tuition services do not, such as expert engagement activities with academics in top universities, as well as exposure to university-level mathematics. - Ideal Candidate: The ideal freelancer for this project should have excellent communication, networking, and marketing skills. Experience in educational recruitment or a similar field will be a significant advantage. Experience in recruiting students from families that value high quality education, want their children to become the most competitive candidates for university, and have the ability and willingness to pay a premium price for one-of-a-kind academic enrichment and support. The freelancer will initially reach out to the students, and once they apply to the program, I will handle the interviews and vetting process.
