I'm in search of a seasoned Indian business coach, with a strong background in lean manufacturing, to assist in refining my production processes. The specific focus of this project is on enhancing the quality control aspect of these processes. Key Areas of Focus: - Quality Control: I need to boost the efficiency of our quality control procedures to ultimately improve the overall quality of our products. - Supply Chain Management: Our main objective is to enhance delivery times. This calls for a thorough examination and potential restructuring of our current supply chain practices. - Supplier Management: We're currently grappling with inefficiencies in our supplier management.
