Airtable Expert Needed for Custom CRM, Financial Module, and Automated Follow-Up System Description: We are seeking an experienced Airtable expert to build a custom CRM and financial management platform tailored to our educational business needs. The system should integrate with Stripe and Skool, automate workflows, track student progress, and manage financial performance. Scope of Work: 1. Stripe Integration: • Set up manual Stripe payment links. • Migrate payment information to our Airtable CRM. • Automatically grant access to Skool community and unlock purchased courses based on the Stripe link/product. 2. Financial Module: • Record all transactions in Airtable, including Stripe fees and commissions. • Create a dashboard to analyze product performance. • Add recurring expenses to generate monthly P&L reports and statements. 3. CRM Functionality: • Create a student profile in Airtable when payment is processed (data fetched from Stripe). • Tag students based on the module they are currently working on. • Include fields for tracking module progress, expected completion times, and form submissions. 4. Automated Follow-Ups: • Use forms to track student progress. • Send automated WhatsApp or email follow-ups if a student does not complete a module within the expected time. • Automatically tag students as “stuck” or “overdue” if they fall behind. 5. Progress Monitoring & Communication: • Provide a dashboard showing where students are in the curriculum, allowing us to contact specific groups (e.g., all students in a particular module) for lessons or live sessions. 6. Subscription Management: • Tag students when one month of their subscription is left. • Send automated WhatsApp/email reminders with Stripe links to renew subscriptions. • Remove access to Skool automatically if the subscription is not renewed. 7. Additional Features: • Integrate a financial question bank into the Airtable system. • Add a feature where students can set their test date via a form, automatically creating a reminder for us to send a WhatsApp message wishing them luck one day before.
