I do Not know how to 1) properly setup/configure the email server, and 2) to instruct the email server that any email address added to it should send through my Amazon SES. This might not be a custom deployment of the email server, rather it might simply be how I add an email account - the settings I incorportate that directs all outbound mails through the Amazon SES account. 3) I also do not understand some of the details of working with Amazon SES, for which I might need an hour or two of consultation.
