hello , i have designed a supplement product in photoshop program with a designer and we worked on photoshop , after we wanted to send the files to the printing section they said it should be ai file not photoshop , and i think they wanted it to be pdf work file that created by pdf , after contacting them to understand what they really want and how to do it they told me some tips : transfer all the layers from photoshop to ai and create new file (not to transfer as a picture, must be a editable design file) lock and covert all the fonts sure the colors numbers from photoshop file is equal to the ai file that we are creating be 2mm from all the sides for the bleeding area designer must contact the printing section by mail to confirm with them the final version
