I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a logo for my podcast, which focuses on innovation and human impact across different walks of life like entrepreneurship, business, investments, technology innovation, rural impact, media and entertainment etc.
The podcast is called "The Innovators and Disruptors Podcast"
The logo should embody a minimalist and clean style, aligning with the overarching theme of the podcast.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design, particularly logo creation
- Strong understanding of modern design trends, especially minimalist aesthetics
- Ability to incorporate a cool tones color scheme (blues, blacks) into the design
