Contest Brief

I'm looking for help designing a logo for an apartment building (NO LOGOS WITH HOUSES OR BUILDINGS IN THE DESIGN). The name of the property is "Woodbridge Heights Apartments" The style I would like to go for is a modern but classic design. I'm open to suggestions. I have some ideas of what I like, but I'm not sure how to bring them to life. I'm relying on the designer's creativity and expertise to create something special that speaks to my brand and makes it stand out.
