Hunting Club Logo Design

Contest Brief

I'm seeking a professional graphic designer to create a logo for my hunting club, "Victorian Hound Hunters Inc." It's our 25th anniversary, so I need the logo to include this small text as well.

The design should be based on a rough sketch I have, which I will share with you. It indicates where to place the deer and dogs as a profile. I have included face shots just for reference of the profile and sizes of each too. I have reference images of the dogs, and I need the designer to match them. The dogs should be depicted in a realistic style, like a detailed sketch but not overly intricate.
There should be a stag (male deer) at the top. I have what I want it to look like.

Key requirements:
- The logo must be in black and white vector format.
- The text must be positioned below the image or wherever looks good!
- The stag dogs should be the most prominent aspect of the design, standing out as much as the text.

I'm open to paying extra for additional changes, as I want to ensure the final product meets my vision. Ideal candidates should have experience with logo design, particularly in creating realistic vector artwork. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications are crucial for this project. Thank you!
