I need an expert 3D designer to model and render the front of my house based on my detailed architectural plans.

Note: I want only front elevation modeling not all the sides

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in 3D modelling software in 3d max
- Experience in architectural rendering
- Ability to work with detailed architectural plans

What I Can Provide:
- Detailed architectural plans of the house
- Feedback and guidance throughout the project

Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your bid.
At the end of this project, we want a 3d max file.
