I am a law graduate and a certified legal practitioner in Nigeria with second class upper results both from the Nigerian Law School and the University of Uyo, Nigeria.
At present, I am the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Gadol Financial Services Limited, a finance company licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Before joining Gadol, I served as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs of HTG Limited, a reputable ICT Company, where I was involved in the administrative and corporate affairs of the organization.
I also rendered legal/secretarial services, corporate affairs and human resource management services for the company.
I have also worked as an associate in the law firm of Chief Mike Ozekhome (Senior Advocate of Nigeria). Through my engagements at the firm, I developed profound prowess in litigation, research, drafting of minutes, court processes, briefs and opinions with little or no supervision. In this regards, I have prepared a number of processes which was filed in courts, some of which were argued by me. I have also been involved in drafting and language modifications for a litany of commercial agreements.
I have a consummate passion for research, corporate/commercial law practice and secretarial services as well as advocacy, and my public relations skills make me adept at Regulatory compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
I have vast experience in the corporate sector and in administrative and secretarial services, having worked as a company secretary and a branch supervisor in a company for about 3 years.
I am highly motivated with an analytical mind, I learn very fast and I have in the last five years through direct experience and committed efforts at capacity building developed my talents in writing and research, advocacy, and management.
I am currently an LLM candidate in Commerce and Technology Law at the University of New Hampshire, USA.
