The goal of this project to provide control of an entry-level ELM327 OBD reader device using a Bluetooth enabled Arduino platform. The successful project must reliably demonstrate the following: 1. The Arduino serial console will be used to demonstrate the firmware functions. 1. Show search for and pairing with the Bluetooth OBD device. 2.
