I'm seeking a designer to create a splatter design for a fabric, applying it to both the top and bottom of the set. The design should consist of random splatters in a palette of pink, orange, and yellow, with pink being the primary color.

An ideal candidate for this project should have experience in swimwear design and textile printing, with a strong understanding of color theory and pattern design. A portfolio showcasing previous work with splatter designs or similar styles would be highly beneficial.

Key Requirements:
- Design application on both bikini top and bottom
- Creation of random splatters
- Primary color focus on pink with additional use of orange and yellow
