Brief
We are a new lifestyle hotel/co-living establishment looking for fresh ideas for the interior design of our rooms. Our target customers are new age technologically savvy millennial travelers who are looking for a home-like and transformational experience while travelling.

Scope
Please provide renderings for the interiors of room 104 only.

Deliverables
1) Bedroom: top view, section, side views and elevations for each wall
2) Bathrooms: top view, section, side views and elevations for each wall

  Our hotel will be smart with an app used by our customers to communicate with the property staff, they can also order food, register for events, control the lighting and AC from their phone, etc. Having said that, we are NOT a futuristic hotel. We are about creating a community and relationships with our guests. But our target customers are those that are in their late 20s to early-mid 30s.
