I have a MSc in Economics and Finance from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. For over 10 years I have been working in the information technology field where I have held various roles: as Functional, Software and Data Analyst. For the last 4 years I have always worked remotely, honing my results-oriented and written communication skills. I dealt with technical assistance to customers, developing the skills of: effective listening/communication, real-time analysis of the problem, management of unexpected events/emergencies. I am an expert in the SQL language (particularly SQL Server) and constantly work on database design, query optimization and data migration. I test web-application about bugs, user-interface ergonomics (UI) and user-experience (UX). I often use the R language and have intermediate knowledge of Java. I automate reports production using SAP Crystal Reports Designer (version 2016) and Jaspersoft iReport Designer. I am precise and organized in teamwork.
