Website and mobile apps

I am looking for someone to design and create a website and apps that offer services for rooms, properties, cars, and bikes booking. I have a clear vision on the design and layout I want for this project, and the key functionalities I require include user registration and login, search and booking, and payment gateway integration. The end result should be a website and mobile apps that are attractive, easy to use, and able to secure my customers’ data and transactions. It should also be optimized to run quickly and seamlessly across all devices. BUD [login to view URL] 1. Main criteria of the Bud nest • Booking of cabs , bikes & accommodation ,Hotel Rooms, houses, farms, resorts etc., Amazing points (Cafes), Amazing Themes , camping along with camp fires facility. These are few modifications • Advertisements space in every page. • Cabs & bikes services to be added. 4. Key features 1) Listing management:  This platform will enable the vendors to manage the listing with ease ensuring updated information and Attractive Visuals.( pricing & discounts can be decided by the vendors ) ( gst & company share have to be separated & calculated according to online payment or counter payment) 2) Referral Program:  The referral Module will incentivize users to invite Friends and Families to earn reward points fostering Organic Growth. (Referral wallet is needed for Reward point’s deposits for future use of the Customer itself or shared with their near and dear to Book Rooms /cabs/ bikes ). 3) Mobile Applications:  Robust Mobile apps for both IOS and Android users to extend convenience and flexibility to Users. (Random 6 digit unique number has to be created and send to the customers with the room booking confirmations after payment). 4) Payment Gateway Integration:  Secured Payment Gateways is required for customers to pay through various modes which include wallets, UPI, Net Banking, debit and credit cards.(QR scanner facility also) 5) KYC verification:  To maintain Trust and security –Online Bachelor’s Bookings will not be entertained and KYC verification will be implemented for the users. (Bachelor’s are allowed when Room allotment is segregated according to Bachelor’s, Spinsters, Family and Couples). 6) Investor Module:  A dedicated Module with category for investors providing them with valuable Insights and opportunities. (There are four types of investor modules). a. Property Referral:  If anyone refers to their family or friend to upload their property /cabs/bikes in Bud nest and if it gets approved they will get 1 time Income of 1% to 5% b. FD referral:  Referring any Family or Friends to buy fixed deposit bond if approved they will get 1 time income of 2% on the Bond value (Only for investors & Bond Holders members ). c. Investors Referral:(virtual commercial property investment in Sft basis)  Referring of any Family or Friends for investing in Bud nest vertual properties gets 1 time income of 3% on investment. (For Invested members or Bond holders only)(minimum Sft to unlimited Sft) d. Premium Referral:(virtual commercial property investment in Sft basis by online or cash)  Referring any client for premium investment they will get 1 time share of 4% on investment and 0.5% income on investors profit every month. (Only for Invested Members or FD holders only).(minimum Sft to unlimited)? NOTE: investments made will not be refunded back by company (clients can sell ,use it for rooms booking it transfer their investment to anyone or keep in sales cart for outsiders to buy on their personal pricing).( clients can sell or transfer partly or completely to others 1% transfer fee will be applicable, for withdrawal 4% will be applicable on sale price) Note:all referrals amounts paid should be shown as promotional expenses. 5. All countries,cities ,districts ,towns widening the Scope for the Users.(rooms ,properties & cabs) 6. Room booking flexibility – Users can book Rooms on an Hourly, daily, weekly or monthly Rates and make date based reservations as well. 7. Auto time Alerts – Real time text and Sound Alerts will keep Users Updated about Bookings and other Important Notifications. (Sound Alerts – For Vacating the Room or extending the Room timings) (Alerts - to be shared before 30 Minutes). 8. Security Deposits: • Integrate a security Deposit system as per the safety of Accommodations. (Security deposits can be withdrawn or kept in wallet for next booking) (Security deposits will be deducted or refunded according to the damage made for the property/Household items) 9. Id verification: • Aadhaar, Pan card, phone Number and email I’d has to be updated of all the clients occupying the rooms ( Age verification is mandatory for Couples, Spinsters and Bachelor’s with restriction to 18 years) 10)Total accounts system should be managed automatic tally system ( receiving of funds, investments,payments,expenses,salaries,etc.) & profit sharing dividend by number of Sft to be updated in account of investors after deducting % as company profit . 11. FD accounts should be managed individually & we should get reminders before 15days & before day of expiry of FD for repayments , clients can keep request for withdrawal or extend the term plan .FD /cabs/bikes profits will not be shared to investors of property or Sft [login to view URL] will be only company profits.
